Foreign Military Sales Project Analyst, Mid The Challenge : You know the secret to a successful project is tracking the balance between resources and performance. You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. We have an opportunity for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) project analyst to join our team as we deliver Project Management Office (PMO) expertise to support the US Navy acquisition, execution, and overall case management of the FMS process of small combatants with our allies and coalition partners. On our team, you'll work with project leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools like the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and daily interactions with the client. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you'll create Price and Availabilities (P&As), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), FMS Case Amendments and Modifications and make recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have: 5+ years of experience in DoD or US Navy financial management Experience in using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL) and Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) Experience with FMS case development and management Knowledge of DoD program acquisition, funding, and contracting processes, including the basic principles, policies, and practices related to the development, production, and sustainment of FMS systems Ability to advise pre-Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) requirements definition to ensure accurate, efficient, timely, and compliant LOA development Secret clearance BA or BS degree Nice If You Have: Knowledge of export control issues, and International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
