Cybersecurity Consulting Leader Key Role: Play a technical leadership role in the development of Cybersecurity operations strategies, solution architectures, and frameworks addressing complex mission challenges. Architect comprehensive Cyber operations client solutions inclusive of Cyber fusion centers and support functions such as threat management, vulnerability management, security operations, and incident response and restoration. Work as a functional Cyber leader partnering with market teams and creating and maintaining senior client relationships with CIOs, CISOs, security operations center (SOC) leaders, and other Cybersecurity leaders to help address strategic and operational challenges. Play an active role to shape opportunities with market teams. Play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse Cybersecurity operations-focused talent. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications: -12+ years of experience with leading large-scale Cybersecurity programs and operations in complex organizations, including commercial or government -5+ years of experience with architecting, implementing, and integrating Cybersecurity systems, solutions, and tools within federal organizations, Cyber programs and SOCs -Experience with technical leadership, including capturing, winning, and standing-up or transitioning a Cyber operations support contract -Experience with delivering threat management, vulnerability management, security operations, and incident response and restoration functions to clients -Experience with managing the implementation and operations of consulting projects against cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics -Ability to work with senior client leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships -Ability to develop and drive technical solutions collaborating with project and proposal teams to incorporate Cybersecurity solutions and capabilities -Ability to author technical documentation and whitepapers or blogs on Cybersecurity topics and concepts -BA or BS degree -Information Security Certification, including CEH, GCIH, GREM, CISM, or CISSP Additional Qualifications: -Experience with innovative Cybersecurity products and capabilities, including automation and orchestration, Machine Learning and AI, and Big Data -Experience in leading complex technical project delivery with large federal, DoD, intelligence, or commercial clients in a fast-paced environment -Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies navigating federal acquisition regulation (FAR) and non-FAR based client organizations, acquisition contracts, and agreements -Experience with presenting Cybersecurity topics at forums and events -Ability to lead and support the technical solutions aspects across all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, technical leadership writing roles with proposal development, marketing, and competitive price-to-win analyses -Ability to grow revenue through client relationship building, shaping client needs, and successful task order proposals within the context of Cybersecurity -Ability to develop and foster relationships with large and small businesses in the federal and commercial Cyber market, including teaming contacts -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree in a technical, Cybersecurity, or management field preferred; MA or MS degree in a technical or management field is a plus We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
