Cyber Project Manager, Senior
Key Role:

Provide Project Management support for a Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) enterprise group. Analyze the delivery of Request for Service (RFS) for all facets of project management for next-generation Cyber capabilities and services to a multitude of Federal Civil Agency clients. Establish and manage the individual RFS project cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, or deliverables associated with the RFS. Work with support teams, including architects, engineers, data integration, project cost office, contracts, procurements, and quality officers to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance. Provide comprehensive and regular reporting to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives. Lead a team of diversely skilled individuals and orchestrate the daily tasking and monitoring of progress against plan. Analyze the development and train deputy RFS leads and project expediters to grow and enhance their skills as a project manager.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with leading teams in an IT environment and overseeing aspects of financial management, project planning, process improvement, schedule management, risk management, scope management, or staff planning

-Experience with developing or managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, or briefings

-Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies, including Waterfall, Spiral, or Agile

-Knowledge of Cyber technologies and capabilities, including Continuous Monitoring, incident response, advanced threat hunt, secure Cloud and mobile capabilities, ongoing assessment, Network Access Control, or Threat Hunting

-Knowledge of project-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate financial forecasting and projections and monitor actuals against a plan

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications;

-Experience with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP), information security continuous monitoring (ISCM) strategy, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance, and other Cyber policies

-Experience with ForeScout, IBM BigFix, Splunk, RSA Archer, Carbon Black Protection, Tenable Nessus, and ElasticSearch a plus

-Experience with delivering large-scale, complex, enterprise-wide systems and solutions

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks

-BA or BS degree

-PMP, Security +, CISSP, or related Certifications
